Founded in 2006 by Daniel Boyer, a retired R.C.M.P. member with over 25 years experience in traffic and
commercial vehicle enforcement and instruction, B.D.R.'s goal has been to enhance road safety across Canada
and the United States.

In order for training to be successful, there must be a permanent change in behaviour. Our
